*   Must be in elementary or high school on May 1, 2011 and reside in the RLF school district
**  Must be age 22 or under on May 1, 2011, be enrolled in a post-secondary school and reside in the RLF school district.
*** Maximum family is defined as a family in which a member out of high school, who would otherwise qualify for a college membership, wishes to play under that family membership.
